You are always welcome to return the products purchased at Pepper Pearl LLC if you are not completely satisfied.
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. The items must be returned in proper condition and in manufacturer’s packaging (where applicable) unless returned as faulty or damaged.
How to Return a Purchased Item
Send an email to pepperpearlllc@gmail.com with “RETURN” in the subject line. Include your name, your order number, the product you are returning, and the reason for the return. If you do not mention your order number, we won’t be able to process your return.
If the product arrived damaged or faulty, please take photos and attach them to the email.
Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
Take your parcel to any Post Office, or FedEx or UPS shipping center, and obtain the receipt with the tracking number.

The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will refund the return shipping charges in case of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
What Happens Next
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed your return.
A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you. Inappropriate condition is:
- Item has damage or wear that did not exist before it was shipped and did not occur during shipping
- Sealed DVD’s, CD’s, and other media; sealed collectibles such as dolls, die-cast cars, and figurines; or food, perfume, candles, and other consumables have been opened and are no longer sealed (when sold as sealed).
- Original tags have been removed (if applicable)
- The product pictures posted on the website will be used to determine the condition at the time of shipment.

A refund within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned product, depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund to the same credit or debit card.
If you paid using PayPal or Square, we will refund to the same account.
