Orders are usually packaged and shipped within one business day of receiving payment. Orders paid by noon Mountain time will usually go out the same day.
Packaging
We re-use packaging material whenever possible. Therefore, your order may arrive in a clean but used box with another company’s name on it, but Pepper Pearl LLC will be on the return address. We may also re-use filler material salvaged from other shipments, wadded up newspaper, grocery bags, tissue paper, scrap pieces of cardboard, or whatever we can find. When we do have to buy shipping material, we buy recycled or recyclable whenever possible.
Pick Up
You can pick up your item in Larimer County, Colorado. If you select this option, you will be able to schedule a pickup time during check out. The address will be provided then. We are flexible, so if you need assistance, feel free to email pepperpearlllc@gmail.com
Shipping
We can ship via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express. If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipping, when possible, to save you money.
International Shipping
